Conical bottom 50ml centrifuge tubes by Evergreen.  Green cap.

Graduations are molded into the side.

Graduations: 5.0ml, 7.5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 25ml, 30ml, 35ml, 40ml, 45ml, 50ml.  The 40ml graduation is marked with a full ring.
