16 to 1 Fractional Splitter

Consists of an adjustable slit hopper mounted over a cast aluminum channel way. The aluminum casting contains symmetrically placed rejection chutes and diversion pyramids so that the final sample is reduced to 1/16 of the original. The 16:1 splitter is constructed of a rugged aluminum frame, supplied with removable legs for easy transportation and storage. Pans not included.

The slope of the base and the diversion pyramids and slots force the feed to change speed and direction several times during the process. This splitter is most effective when the feed is uniform in size and the feed is 1/4" and finer.
