Agitator/Conditioner/Attrition & Scrubber Kit

Denver D-12 Flotation Kit: Agitator, Conditioner, Attrition and Scrubber This kit includes all the items to use the Denver D-12 flotation machine as a conditioner, agitator, attrition cell, or scrubber. The standpipe is removed from the flotation machine and all the parts are included for the easy conversion. It is also easy to convert back to the flotation machine. Includes Spacer, Agitator (1/2") Jar, Agitator Propeller- turbine, single Assembly Tank Propeller, double Spacer, Attrition -  Scrubber Seal, 0il Lower Spindle Cap Denver Part # 500364 Convert the D-12 Flotation Machine to an agitator or Attrition Scrubber as follows: a.) Disconnect electrical cable from power source. b.) Raise mechanism to its uppermost position. c.) Hold belt drive and turn impeller (right hand thread) clockwise until removed from shaft. NOTE:  If standpipe will not unscrew by hand, remove air valve and pipe plug from standpipe and insert two 1/8-inch pipe nipples in their place. Use these nipples to remove standpipe. Do not use a pipe wrench! d.) Turn standpipe (left hand thread) counterclockwise until removed from machine. e.) Install lower spindle bearing cap (from kit) in place of standpipe. f.) Install single agitator propeller (from kit) on end of shaft for agitation or conditioning. Install double agitator propeller (from kit) for attrition scrubbing.
