VP-1989 Ring and Puck Pulverizer (230v/3ph)

VP-1989 Ring and Puck Pulverizer For efficient grinding of production samples. The Vibratory Pulverizer uses two rings and a puck inside an 8" hardened chrome alloy steel grinding bowl. A specially designed motor directly coupled to a rotating eccentric swings the bowl and components at a precise speed and distance for maximum grinding efficiency. Our 250 ml. bowl will readily reduce a 1/2" (13mm) wet or dry sample of minerals, ore rock, soil, and similar material to a final mesh of 400mesh.  The control box is mounted on the right side, but can be relocated to an alternate position. Vibratory Ring & Puck Mill Features 1 hp, 3 ph, 50/60 hz, 208/230/440 volt motor (900 rpm). Electronic Timer, with safety stop switch. Starting switch and timer. Sound Enclosure (Insulated cabinet for reduced operating noise). Amp draw at 240v/60/3: 4.6 amps. Easily reconnectable for 480v / 3phase operation. 1 set of grinding components: bowl, cover, rings, and puck. 250 ml capacity.
